Excel / CSV, PDF, Backup, and Restore Hub
Pull reports and protect your app data. Export project registers, tracker logs, invoices, team rosters, approval alerts, executive summaries, margin reports, closeout packages, and full JSON backups.
Click Export Backup JSON. This saves the full state: utilities, projects, team, alerts, invoices, metrics, pricing, and assignments.
Open the new app file, then import your backup JSON to restore all your data exactly as it was.
Only use this if testing data gets messy. Export a backup first before resetting local data.
Update-safe rule: never replace the app file without exporting a backup first. For production, data should move to a backend database so design updates never touch live records.

Full Data Backup (JSON)
Full state backup including utilities, projects, team, alerts, invoices, metrics, pricing, and assignments. Use before any platform update.
Excel note: CSV files open directly in Excel. A production version can generate native .xlsx workbooks with multiple sheets once the backend is connected.
PDF note: PDF exports open a print-ready report window. Use your browser's "Save as PDF" option to download.
Backup note: JSON backups include all platform state. Keep copies before every major update or configuration change.
